She studied law at Universidad de Chile Law School (J.D.) and graduated with the highest honors, obtaining her law degree in 1997.

LLM at University of California, Berkeley, 2004.

From 2004 y 2005 foreign attorney in Greenberg Glusker Los Angeles, CA. and legal advisor to BSA Latam.

Professor of Procedural Law and Intellectual Property at University Adolfo Ibáñez 2006-2014. Visitor Professor at the Intellectual Property Center of Universidad de Chile Law School (CEDI) and Professor of the LL.M. Program in Law and New Technologies, School of Law, Universidad de Chile.

Coauthor of the anual edition of  “Labour and Employment Compliance in Chile” Wolters Kluwer since 2013.

Ms. López was highlighted by Chambers Latin America and Chambers Global as a leading attorney in the area of Intellectual Property and TMT.

Highlighted by Best Lawyers in the area of TMT and Intellectual Property; by LatinLawyer in TMT and Legal 500 in TMT  and Intellectual Property.

She is currently the head of the Technology and Intellectual Property Area of the firm.
